A few notes: 

🚪This home serves as the primary home for the owner, shared part time with others as a short-term rental. You are renting the entire unoccupied home, put the owners personal effects will be present, although mostly tucked away during your stay. 

🛀The upstairs bedrooms and primary suite ensuite bathrooms are not private from the rest of the bedroom, maximizing the floor space and helpful in the individually climate-controlled rooms, but some guests may find this inconvenient. 

🧹Housekeeping services may be available for stays of >3 days; work with your Host to schedule that service at times most convenient for you and your party when available or simply allow us to handle the details. 

🐶We allow a maximum of (2) well trained dogs. Pets must be leashed or have excellent recall; neighbors on one side are fairly close (300 yards) and pets must remain on our property.  There is a shower in the laundry room if your pet needs a rinse. Damage or fees incurred from dogs will be charged to the booking guest.
